That men can't express emotions. That men must solve all problems by being violent or domineering. Telling men that they are not a man unless they are full of aggression is toxic Telling a man that if he shows weakness he may as well just die, that's toxic. It doesn't do anyone good to have a nt that is these things. To be a good parent as a man you must in some way distance yourself from the toxic ideas that some people carry about manliness.
