Yes, those abilities were buffed twice. Now they work with any Plus and Minus Pokemon including Plus + Plus and Minus + Minus.

you can do hilarious things with Entrainment on your own Pokemon to boost their stats and abuse Magnetic Flux… though neither Plusle nor Minun can learn both. That is difficult to pull off on experienced players and won't work on singles
