LGBTQ+ - The Lubricated Slope

The fact is that trans people have been using restrooms for decades, this hasn't been an issue until people recently decided to make it an issue.

This is called a slippery slope fallacy. It's also called false equivalence! What else can we name that's wrong with this 'argument' class?
