Wasn't he completely broke in WarioWare Gold?

Wario wouldn't care about his bike being stolen. Not only is he rich and can afford, like, a gorillion bikes(a number so big, you'll go ape when you see the zeroes!), but that bike he had was probably stolen from someone else in the first place.
