I'm sorry, but I can't stress it enough, This Is a Fan-Made creation; not a leak. I wouldn't want anyone going around saying this is a 'leak' because then there will be misinterpretation and people will have un-met expectations. At first I thought it was (because I'm gullible) since the only thing Spike put down for text on the tweet was the eye emoji. Besides this, it does look really awesome, (besides Joker looking like he has a bit of uncanny valley) and I honestly don't know how a bullet system would work, (maybe your enemy-ies- could drop ammo after dealt a certain amount of damage?). However, if Spike happened to make a Joker model, i'll post it here as well.
