Shaggy's Power - Shaggy doesn't stop at 100%

To all those that say you can't give more than 100%, just look at the Space Shuttle Main Engines that throttle up to 104%. This is because the engines don't technically have a max power – they have a rated power, and if the engineers make changes to the engine that increase its maximum safe thrust, or if they have balls of steel, they can throttle up beyond 100%.

Shaggy must be capable of doing the same thing.
