OK here goes:
King Crimson can erase 10 seconds at a time, allowing the user to move in the erased time. The effect of the seconds erased can be felt by everyone, as they suddenly notice they are at a completely different position, a few meters ahead of where they've just been while walking, etc.. The tiny face on the forehead is a sub-stand called Epitaph, that allows the user to see 10 seconds ahead. King Crimson and Epitaph are meant to compliment each other, allowing the user to predict future outcomes, like being faced-off by an opponent or getting shot at, and using the time erased, he can change the outcome of a fight in his favor and can finish you off easily if close enough by punching you through the belly (oh yeah, Crimson is punch stand too) or impaling them with nearby objects. I think I did a pretty good job.
