Bit of context: Someone on a Discord I partake in did a Hunger Games Simulator thing with a bunch of DLC characters people talk about for wanting in Smash Bros. Needless to say, we were all reminded of who Gooey's mother was that day, and I felt oblige to draw the celebration. :V
