Frankly, I'm just impressed.

As much as I enjoy the Pit conversations, they'll never be able to replace the dynamic of Snake's Codec calls. Part of the humor was always that Snake is from such a (relatively) more "realistic" world of humans and politics, so the way he and his comrades discuss the powers, implausibilities and implications of cartoony characters like Mario and Kirby is more interesting than Pit and Palutena who more easily believe in everything.
