It was sudden, and based on some issues we had with each other that we never bothered to mature out of, but it happens. We haven't gotten a legal divorce because we're too poor/lazy. We continued to hook up for a while. She got a new a few weeks later. I've blown through a few guys and girls; didn't keep any. Some things happened that... strained our friendship... we probably just needed time. We either squabbled or ignored each other for about two months. The mood shifted, and now we're very, very close again.
