I hear in the original script, The World was supposed to have the powers of all the other Tarot stands, and I kind of wish he'd kept at least a few elements of that; because then we could have Galaxy Brain:

Time Stopping was always specifically Star Platinum's power, Dio was just stealing and overusing it.
