Well when you intentionally hide from getting your papers, they have no other choice.If she doesn't show up for court, then it means a couple of things have happened.

1. Jamie called ahead and got someone to remove the papers from the door so that she didn't "see" it.

2. She just ignores the papers and tries to go back into hiding.

Either way, she is in trouble for trying to dodge her summons.
