well this is wrong the man is very clearly in contact with litigators who have likely explained this to him if true.
this doesn't actually demonstrate anything of either party, it's just two dudes grandstanding on twitter as twittershitters are ought to do.

and he seems to be talking a load of shit, if whatever he has is substantial or not then plopping it to the public would more erode vics support and possibly make them decide against the lawsuit.
