I started creating this at 12 am ish, after an idea I got from watching a Mumbo Jumbo video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lPfyCsZ0Ybw) whereby with all the Cyberpunk memes going around, I decided to create this. It took about 3 hours (using GIMP), and I was sleepy by the tim 3 am hit, which is why Shrek is misspelled. My reddit post is the first place I posted it, and since then, I've posted it in r/memes, r/PewdiepieSubmissions, and also on the app iFunny.
