Can't help but notice a flaw of sorts. Is it even possible to drink bubble tea with a bendy straw? Are there bendy straws that thick?

Given that bubble tea is usually topped with a somewhat hard plastic seal to be pierced by a thick-as-a-finger straw in a punching motion, these provide a good deal of leverage to pull this trick. (Might also work in those places that sell milkshakes/frozen treats with a plastic dome and similar straw I guess)

If there's really a bendy straw suited for tapioca, well, now that's (even more) impressive.
