Notes:

Decided to make one of these character charts for Heihachi from Tekken, who I think is very likely to be Smash DLC for various reasons:

-Tekken is super popular and influential to fighting games as a whole and especially 3D ones.
-The series checks off the unwritten rule of "must have at least one game on a Nintendo console" (Tekken Advance on GBA, Tekken 3D Prime on 3DS, and Tekken Tag Tournament 2 on Wii U).
-Heihachi was a Mii Costume in Smash 4, and some of the newcomers in Ultimate were formerly Mii Costumes.
-We're long overdue for a second Bandai Namco guest character, ever since Pac-Man's inclusion back in Smash 4.
