Bonus points if you have cosmetics that have other effects.

On my first playthrough of Bloodstained, during the train cutscene I had squeaky shoes equipped. Not only they do squeak during the cutscene, they do a louder squeak when Zangetsu grabs you and you both get pulled by his chain hooked on the train.
