Perhaps you should realize why the video has 6 thousands of dislikes and realize that the author of the video tried way too hard to pander to the trans crowd, when in reality 2/3 of the anime crossdressers he mentioned acknowledge the fact that they are guys.
Also "trap" isn't a slur, it's slang.

The whole point of the Virgin vs Chad meme is to put side-by-side two sides of the same coin, and talk about each one in the most exaggerated and biased way possible, whilst being ironic at the same time.
Here I even inverted the roles, making the Virgin body type and character the Chad of this meme
It's not an isolated case, a lot of memes like this, and personally I don't see any problem if someone uses them to show preference, or make fun of both sides altogether
