"I Need a Hero" is the better song, and the moment it came up in the movie, it was epic…. BUT, All-Star has a lot more memes, and it is specifically an iconic song thanks to Shrek
So, overall, I Need a Hero is better, but All-Star is the default Shrek Song

For me All Star will always be the Mystery Men song.
