That must be quite the 3rd world problem then, considering that most of the developed world has birthrates below the replacement rate. And I don't think those posters were made for distribution in Central Africa or India, so your point about overpopulation due to browbeating everyone into having kids is invalid.

I have one of those negative genetic conditions, Droid. I don't want anyone else to suffer through them, hence not having kids and passing it on to them.

And if you didn't notice, I'm referring to individuals making that choice for themselves, not forcing it on others.
