There was a time you could be safe in not saving something, you could just google it whenever you wanted it on short notice. Now due to whatever reason, their alleged curation/manipulation of controversial results is also bleeding on what should be neutrally charged subjects, like memes.
Right now? I wanted to do some template-based meme, for that I'd bring up a Hot Pocket parody, the crab flavored one. And you know what? As of yesterday, I can't find that picture on Google anymore, and if I try to get too specific, I start getting people, not hot pockets or crabs. And you start getting no results after only a few iterations of using the minus operator, even if it is something you know that exists.
They got rid of the button to get the same image in different resolutions too, now I can't rely on Google for finding desktop backgrounds or images that don't look like they were made with a potato.
