The image specifically uses the DQ11 MC icon, the default choice, so 2017 checks out. If they use Erdrick's or Solo's icon, it would be different. Also, the chart doesn't include alt costumes like the koopalings or Alph, so it remains consistent with its presentation. As for ZSS, the actual Zero Suit did not appear in a game until Zero Mission in 2004. All her previous appearances outside of the suit were leotards and other clothing items, not the actual Zero Suit. If you wanted to be pedantic, though, you could argue that one of her costumes is from Fusion in 2002.
