Found it on /v/. This one has a really weird story to it. Some guys spammed it for months as bait, but apparently, the origin is that it was intended to parody oomer style wojaks. IIRC, it was based on that one weird Sonic redesign video, mixed with him holding a crunchy chocolate candy bar, and asking rather pointless questions as threads. The joke was that it was like most of the specific, weird oomer wojaks; random nonsense thrown together. Started as a parody, made into bait, and now seems dead in obscurity. Weird stuff on /v/ sometimes.
