Found it on /qa/, almost seems like a weird dumping ground on that site right now. The messed up thing is that this is like the fourth or fifth edit I've seen of this in the last few weeks. It almost seems like they're trying to make it into another template. I guess I shouldn't be surprised though. I recall that time they edited that Turkish diplomat getting assassinated for a few months too.
