I mean it was partly a joke, and yes 19-21 is the average. Some have more… and some have less.

Louisiana's police training for example is around half the national average.

Or in work hours:
Lousiana cop: 360 hours
national average: 600 hours
Washington DC: 1,120 hours

Certified barber: 1,500 hours of training.
