You've got three types of Trump critics:
1. Trump is usually bad: They don't like him but can acknowledge when he does something positive.
2. Trump is always bad: They hate him and there is nothing he can do or say they won't find fault in.
3. Trump must always be bad: These people may hate him or be ambivalent, but it's in their interest to propagandize people into hating him.
(I also don't think this is a unique phenomenon for Trump, just turned up to 11 for him)
The hilarious thing is that it's one of the primary functions of the executive branch to ensure that the law is enforced.
I'm sure some will argue that he "can't do this", but those are what we call idiots. If he's enforcing laws already on the books, then he's simply doing his job.
