Notes:

This is a reference to the ending of the game, which reminds me of the Ohio planet meme.

In the final sequence, the protagonist Hale, and his subordinate Capelli crash down with a stolen spaceship, and go outside to watch the Chimeran planet showing up in the sky through a space-time wormhole. As Capelli wondered what the planet was, Hale turns around showing that he was taken over by the Chimera hive-mind. Capelli pulls out his gun and shoots Hale in the head.

What's fitting about this is that despite basically every gun in the game being original, Capelli's gun is the only one that exists in real life too ( the Colt M1911) and it's the same gun as the astronaut. Also, while the final cutscene takes place near the Chicxulub crater in Mexico, the lighting, atmosphere and the planet make it seem like it's on an extraterrestrial land.
