Yanderedev (2014): Yandere Simulator, made by himself, debug sandbox (incomplete game), basically just using fans as free beta testers, gained a lot of popularity. Scott Cawthon (2020):8 main title FNAF games (6 of which made within a two year period), three main title books, three (soon to be 4) spin off short story books, an AR game, a VR game, a fun workbook, a game guide with not one but two versions, and a LOT of officially licensed merchandise. Yanderedev (2020): Yandere Simulator still a debug sandbox, unwinnable, there is no beatable rival, Osana not even in the game (or, let's be honest, even close to being in the game) let alone the other 9 rivals.
