Blue wave's hitting early

Short version: lots of boats together with overlapping wakes is BAD. In my state the water patrol will rip up your license in front of your face if you break wake rules in front of them.

These are people on party boats without vests defying covid regulations. I doubt any of them had the sense to realize how dumb this idea was.
