The original text says _婚活_ ("searching for a husband"), but someone on the translation team at NISA apparently mistook it for _妊娠_ ("pregnancy, pregnant"). One can see that proofreading was not a priority. It does make for an amusing mental image, though (with the ❤ implying that she might be extra _affectionate_ due to her hormone levels). I would choose such a healer without a question. As the tags say, this is from _Disgaea 5_. I also doublechecked this and found that it _is_ real, as there is a <a href="https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2237397975">fix</a> for this on the Steam Community page.
