Man, never thought I would feel nostalgic over a Windows software feature, but that 98's bar actually hit a nostalgic spot I did not not I still had.

Why does Windows seem to ignore any attempt at personalized aesthetics? If you actually want to change the look of Windows itself you have to grab Third-Party Software that has it's own slew of problems. Why can't they just make it so you can at least pick which iteration of Windows you want it to look like?
