There's a moment in the fight in which Henry Cavill slams the guy through some glass. It's from there, and it coincidentally made an almost identical pose and face lol

So, in case you didn't know the context of this, in Mission Impossible 7, a fight breaks out between Ethan Hunt (played by Tom Cruise) and John Lark (played by Henry Cavill). This no-name Asian guy who was actually just a decoy all along beat both their asses in the famous bathroom fight and had to be defeated by a third character with a gun

The Random Asian-sama was played by Liang Ying, who was the stunt director and an actual martial artist in real life. In the context of the movie though, he was just some side character who beat both the MC and the villain simultaneously.

In the contextof the meme, Braddu himself is summoned, in order to take revenge against Bruce Lee, but Braddu defeats yet another unstoppable Chinese man.
