'Cupcakes' was actually the first fan-fiction I read.
I only tried it because of the page here on KYM, and while it was quite disturbing it motivated me to look for better stories.
Now I read a bunch of the stuff that surfaces on EQD, so I guess 'Cupcakes' served a useful purpose.
