theinfiknight S theinfiknight Super villain who creates a beam that forces any organism it hits to undergo evolution at a super accelerated rate and they plan to use this to overrun the world with super evolved abominations but every animal they use it on just turns into a crab. A theinfiknight They just cannot comprehend how every single organism ends up as a crab, could millions of years of evolution really be so uniform? No one figures out what the beam is actually supposed to do since it just turns all organisms into crabs. Crab beam. A theinfiknight It pisses them off to no end because everyone assumes them to be a crab themed villain and no matter how much they insist that it's "The Evolution Master!!" or "The Mad Evolutioner!" everyone just calls them Captain Crab A theinfiknight They finally decide to lean into it and adopt a crab motif and end up becoming a well known recurring B grade villain Several years after the invention of the beam they have this transcendent realisation that their beam might work as intended if used on a crab So they use the beam on a crab. The crab evolves into a new species of crab. They become hailed by the biologist and conservation community as a pioneer of carcinisation research. The new specie of crab is named the 'Captain crab' in their honour. akka-vodol 20 days ago I think it's more funny if at some point the beam doesn't yield a crab. Like, everyone has this guy pinned as a B-tier villain who turns people into crabs, and they think they know what to expect and don't need to worry too much. Then suddenly out of nowhere captain crab fires their beam on some random pigeon and it turns into a super-intelligent self- duplicating raptor-like apex predator from the future who threatens the entire planet. And everyone is caught completely off-guard, especially captain crab. ↑ 2 + Reply Share

Its soaring days millions of years in the past, now scuttling from rock to rock and venturing out into the water, the semi-aquatic pteroscuttle's toes have become as individual legs; the once-tiny fingers on its forelimbs are now fused into an opposable digit - one claw of its pincers.
