That's because literally every quadrants of the political spectrum have reasons to hate WallStreet now.

AuthLeft hate it for being the incarnation of capitalism in it's most destructive aspect.

Libleft hate it for being the motor of the gross ammount of inequalities in the USA.

LibRight hated it the moment it showed that it was only 'pro free-market' as long as it was beneficial for them, but immediatly tried to impose regulation and control on the market as soon as poor peoples started gaining money from it.

And even AuthRight hate it for being an incarnation of the arrogant and out-of-touch elite.

We are finally united. Thank you WallStreet. Now die.

I'm not religious by any means however this reminds me of a quote from dennis in Always Sunny

And as silly as it sounds of this guy wanting his hole filled theres some truth to it. I've heard somewhere that humans have a psychological need to tribalize, now originally humans had literal tribes but then we got too big for tribes we started having kingdoms townships whatever you want to call them so how do you know your still part of a group. The answer to that was religion, if people believed in the same mystical sky daddy as you did they now were part of your "tribe". Now with society becoming so secular our "god hole" needs something new to fill it and that might be politics for a lot of people.

I'm no psychologist and I probably said this wrong somehow but its interesting to think about.
