For what i understand current Simpsons is a hit or miss. Some episodes are at the very least tolerable, others are not, but whatever the case may be they are almost garanteed to make at least one good episode per season. Last time they made one related to Santa's Little Helper having PTSD from it's previous life as a racing dog.
