USPS Informed Delivery VS MailGun | /r/yahooanswers

I set up the nifty tool with USPS where I get sent daily emails showing pictures of mail I am receiving that day. Worked for -6 months and then just topped coming. Checked obvious things like are they getting sorted to spam, do I have the sending address in my contacts, etc. Asked the Post Office and got this response: "It appears you or your email provider marked the Informed Delivery emails as SPAM. We requested from your email provider the removal of that designation. If you send even one USPS email to SPAM all subsequent emails will go to SPAM. You should start seeing emails with images in a few days. In the future you will need to reach out to your email provider for assistance. The program they use is for SPAM block is called MailGun. They have the capability to turn this on or off. Sincerely, USPS Internet Customer Care Center" So I reached out to Yahoo through the Customer Care Twitter (since that seems to be the only way to get support without paying a BS fee) and I keep getting told this is a Post Office problem and they need to fill out a form to solve the problem and there is nothing I can do to change it. They said "The small business needs to update its DKIM settings/security with its email provider). I pushed back that this is not a small business but a verified government agency, and they said they understand. I know it's a long shot, and that posting on Reddit probably won't fix my problem, but I feel like there is no way I am the only one dealing with this and wondering if anyone else here has dealt with this and if so what they did to fix it.
