4 !!! 6 - 5 6 - 6 6 - 2 6 - 5 6 SCORE #1 SCORE In Yoshi's Island, Dark Blue Yoshi is playable in all final levels of a world (1-8, 2-8 etc.) except 6-8, where Green Yoshi is playable instead. However, if the player uses the R button to scroll the map while only the beginning of World 6 is unlocked, Dark Blue Yoshi (appearing dark purple on the map) can be seen waiting at Level 6-8. However, when the player reaches Level 6-6, a glimpse of Green Yoshi can be seen on the map at Level 6-8 (bottom right in image). Green Yoshi has replaced Dark Blue Yoshi and remains at Level 6-8 on that save file forever from that point onward. Supper Mario Broth @MarioBrothBlog Development files for Yoshi's Island contain a simplistic giant monster known internally only as "Kaiju", a Japanese term for Godzilla-type giant monsters. He is consistently singled out to be the Yoshi playable in the fewest number of levels in all three main games in the series.
