I bought a breakfast sandwich at another Starbucks. I didn't have a chance to eat it for about an hour. I stopped at this Starbucks and asked them if they could reheat it for me. The girls at the counter (I don't have her name) said no, they can't do that. I asked why and she said it is a health violation. I asked her to make me another sandwich. And she said no we can't do that. And that I can buy another sandwich if I want. Any decent person would have either reheated that sandwich or would have "OFFERED" to make me a new one. These are the type of people that will destroy a business.

DEAR "ANONYMOUS" COMPLAINERS For those of you who complained to the HOA that I have parked in the fire lane, please accept the following as my response to your complaint. I apologize if you have received this on your door and you are not a "complainant" but unfortunately I was left with no choice as to this approach. 1. Like I have always told my children - if you want to be treated like and adult ACT LIKE ONE. An adult would have spoken with me directly (or even left a note on my car with their contact information) and I would have been happy to listen to how my parking periodically in the fire lane has affected you. So, until any anonymous complainer acts like an adult, I will treat you like the child you are. 2. Unless you are blind, parking in our community is completely INSUFFICIENT resulting in the occasional creative parking. Unless you are perfect and have never parked in reserved, guest or fire lines in your lifetime anywhere on this earth, kindly sit down and be quiet. You are showing your first world problems to the public which is embarrassing given the bigger problems this state and country is facing. Don't have any problems, or enough to keep you busy, contact me directly and I will be happy to give you some of mine. 3. I could complain about complex issue and/or people issues every day – but before I run to the HOA, I assure you that I will discuss the issue(s) with you first because that is what adults are supposed to do. Btw, in case no one has told you, no one like cry babies who can't deal with issues directly (and is why most people hate HOA's). This makes YOU the problem, not me. 4. For those of you who think I am a "tenant" or a "guest" - think again. I am the OWNER of Unit along with my co-owner daughter. I don't sit around wondering who is an owner, tenant or guest at YOUR unit, so I kindly request you don't do it as to mine. See #2 above as to real problems in the world. 5. For those with whom I have had the pleasure of meeting and/or talking, thank you for pleasantness (if that is even a word). For those with whom I have not, and who clearly don't appreciate how pleasant I am - toward those who make a habit of complaining to the HOA about utterly ridiculous things. You know who you are – the ones who hide behind the HOA because they do not have the, shall I say "courage", to handle issues on their own. Just know that there are an equal amount of us that think you are nothing more than whiny babies. your you really don't want to see my "unpleasant side" especially 6.
