There used to be a reciprocity School using C t Park agreement with the school and the neighborhood, they used C schoolyard! Kids could play there, we could off- leash our dogs there. Then they completely fenced and locked the school! The reason was to keep the kids safe, it also meant we could no longer use the Park and we could use the schoolyard. They have their own track there now, so why are they still off school property and using Park!!! Along with my other grievances r and about the school, the sidewalks on I are only half available because of the overgrowth from unkept landscaping! This is their property yet they do nothing!
