This was made as a reply to a Twitter user called "@SbFramesInOrder" who posts screenshots of SpongeBob episodes and the screenshot he posted that this reply comes from was from Episode 21 of Season 04 where SpongeBob, crying over a spatula, is in the hospital having a mental breakdown 'cause he's spatula can't be fixed. Oh, and the reason why he's naked is 'cause he had to sell his clothes to get a fancier spatula.
