TL;DR: Stugna-P/Skif (Скіф) is an Ukranian-made anti-tank weapon. It is similar in effectiveness to the Javelin or NLAW but the Stugna-P/Skif is operated via a remote control panel, not shoulder-held.
The Stugna-P (AKA Skif) is a Ukrainian anti-tank guided missile (ATGM) system. It "consists of a tripod, missile container, PDU-215 remote control panel, guidance device and thermal imager."
