Generous estimates put them in the several dozens, T-90M production and development was largely halted for the sake of the Armata project, though picked up again as the T-14 was kicked down the road. Still, the T-90M is an actually good tank, I'd actually put it on par with proper Leo variants, but not even quality equipment can save poor strategy.
