Soon after I created a tally sheet of Asian/White couples I encounter on a typical day, beginning January 2019. This didn't include whatever I see on social media/the internet/etc., just in person. I don't keep this to hold grudges or to make personal excuses against improving myself, but as a reminder that gaslighting of this issue is nothing more than gaslighting.
