In Japan, they're known as the Counter Hunters, and the name makes sense because they counter the maverick hunters. In America, they're known as the X-Hunters, who despite constantly spying on X throughout the game, make no attempts to hunt him down. Hell, you have to track THEM down so they don't steal Zero from you. Does this kind of thing only bother me?
