P--------- claims targeting Biden come in many variations, as part of the QAnon conspiracy theory (cf. #Pizzagate, #SaveTheChildren) that alleges that children are being sodomized in secret underground tunnels by Democratic politicians, after which the captors would drink their blood in a satanic ritual.
