I've seen the image this is based on.
I bet a dollar that it's going to become a redraw challenge on Twitter and Instagram by next friday, at the latest.

At least it's an actual woman in this picture rather than a crossdresser. Mundane utility for extraordinary anatomy is one of my favorite visual tropes (like the cleavage cupholder or women using their boobs or bellies as a ledge for folding laundry.)
