I think she meant in a more "general" sense. In the full interview, hers is at 1:58 she says that she studied in America, so by default she must have seen all sorts of White people…. unless at the place where she studied, every single White male was a Chad lol

There is psychological research that indicates that women – all women – show lower standards for "outgroup" men compared to one from their "ingroup".

Learnt that from a show called "John Safran's Race Relations" (if you can find it, I recommend it: he, a Jew, does things like pretend to marry a cousin of Osama bin Laden, makes out with a gentile woman in Anne Frank's attic, and has himself genuinely crucified in the Phillipines; he was a guy who enjoyed & embraced controversy).

He showed a photo of a homely Nigerian guy who he saw was good with women at a party to white women, and Nigerian women. The white women fauned over him; the Nigerian women were very "meh" about him.

Evolutionarily, it's probably a good strategy to stir the gene pool.
