The most concise description of gamer gate would be: A consumer lead revolt against communism. Other people call it a consumer lead revolt against wokism but wokism is communism so lets just call it what it is. Their are a bunch of sub topics that come up under the umbrella of gamer gate. OPINIONS h I heard gamer gate was all kinds of bad things. Let me tell you about how I came into it. So I game alot. Every once in awhile I will go online looking for a tutorial for some game I'm playing. So I'll find some random video from some random channel. On the topic I'm currently interested in. This lead me to channels discussing the topic of Anita Snarkesian. They would talk about her like she is the most toxic s--- on the internet. Now I don't watch these channels so I wasn't aware of the ongoing discussion. I just popped in for a video on a specific topic. She is the very first thing that comes to mind when I see this meme. However at the time I didn't really know what was going on with her. I had actually seen a couple of her videos it was kinda what ever. However video after video was talking about her like she was just such a toxic s--- person. Now because of past relationships I know about the danger of only getting one side of a story and making up your opinion based upon that. Basically Gypsy, some times she would tell people about our relationship and what she would tell them was so insanely divorced from the truth. It taught me the importance of hearing both sides of the story because their are people out there who will lie like you wouldn't believe. #GamerGate Watch later FAVORITES 221 So even though their was an online consensus that this woman was absolute trash I wasn't gonna pick a side until I heard what both sides had to say about it. Which meant that I now had to research gamer gate. So I went back and forth on this issue. I would listen to the arguments made by one side. Then go and see what the other sides counter arguments where. Then I would go and see what the counter arguments to that counter argument where. Back and forth, back and forth. I flipped sides on this issue many times and I just kept digging deeper. Until one sides arguments fell apart under the weight of their own lies. INTERNET YOU POOR, IGNORANT, STUPID FOOL WHO HAS INTERNALIZED WHITE SUPREMACY AND RACISM! DON'T WORRY, I'LL FIGHT THE GOOD FIGHT FOR YOU, SINCE YOU ARE OBVIOUSLY TOO BRAINWASHED TO KNOW BETTER! ILL BE OFFENDED ON YOUR BEHALF! The ONLY people who are opposed to their agenda of pushing communist propaganda into gaming are White Christian Males. Their where constantly HIDING behind women and minorities to PUSH their woke communism into gaming ALL the while BLAMING Straight White Males. It got to the point where the #Notyourshield hastag was born. Straight white males are NOT the only people who play games and disagree with their communist agenda. @AntiFemComi HELP! MISOGYNY! They COULDN'T be real people because their is NO such thing as a black person or woman who doesn't agree with communism. (You'll notice this alot. If you belong to a group they think they own. You don't as a human you conform to eir agenda.)
