O.vivint Neighbor kid at it again. It looks innocent but it's not it's a nuisance and on top of that it's very disrespectful as his parents have already gotten a letter from the HOA and they choose to disregard it they don't watch their children outside because they're inside doing drugs the father already stated to me that they could play on my lawn and on my driveway I also have a no trespassing sign because of them they can play on the street without coming up to my house I've seen him do it many times but what he's trying to do he rolls the ball to hit something hard so I can bounce back to my yard driveway or my side of my house and even though hit my garage door so they can get a running start on the basketball hoop and they're they also like to leave their dirty socks on my lawn and Gatorade plastic bottles trash I've even caught the little boy throwing nails across the the street towards my driveway that my neighbor on the other side of me ended up running ... This problem truly gets worse especially in the summer and school breaks then you'll find out at least 15 of them all up and down the street causing a no sense at one point they had all their family and friends out there bouncing balls for hours and took turns and brakes if they had to eat or go to the bathroom they would tag people in so the whole street for that whole day you could hear the basketballs bouncing super loud. I have talked to their parents and they have stated it's better for me to move and when the guy or her husband had nothing else to say he's just started saying how fine-looking he was over and over it's terrible at not being to be friends with your neighbors or at least keeping the peace I'm not the only person that has problems with this family at this home I've seen them hit my neighbors companies cars when they have parties every reading this I'm sure you have your own opinion on the situation and that's understandable that's why I put this out there I didn't mind it too much in the beginning but it's gotten way out of hand I had an emergency with one of my pets and they were blocking the driveway and wouldn't let me pull out think that's what topped it off for me and ever since then since her dad gave him the okay too they do what they do sure my car is in my garage but that doesn't give him a right to be on my property I understand that the balls will bounce but when you're rolling it to make it bounce to get on my yard gets annoying when I make sure not to go over to there property for any reason I respect all my neighbors and their property I wish I could get the same Posted in General to Anyone 0:17

10:43 Description x So, I'm coasting down the sidewalk (at walking speed) when I hear a woman scream: "Get off the sidewalk you a------!" I respond by saying "Why are you so angry on a Saturday evening? It must really suck to wake up everyday so miserable." She does not like this. She starts pointing her finger in my face while continuing to scream and ending every one of her sentences with "...you a------!" I eventually get smart and start filming her to protect myself. As soon as I pulled out my camera, the woman drops the vulgar words and seemingly starts acting like a human being. But then, she tries grabbing my phone. I tell her to not touch my phone or me for that matter. She replies with "or what...?" I say (while laughing) "...or I'll flip that cup out of your hand." What does she do? She throws a cup of brown liquid on me. I don't know if it was tea or soda. I set my bike down to retaliate but I quickly decide it's not worth it. Out of nowhere, an off-duty police officer comes to my defense threatening to have her arrested. I ended up leaving the situation alone and riding away. In hindsight, I think I should have made her apologize, but I suppose the craziness was too much for me. I'm not sure an apology would have made me feel any better about the situation. I'm giving 1 star because of the cheap management and customer service. I heard the food was very good so I went to try. Me and the BF got the calamari, spaghetti alle vongole, and gnocchi. All were very delicious. I was actually so impressed that when the manager came to ask us how everything tasted I told her it was some of the best Italian food I've had and I told her I'm going to post about it on Instagram where I have over 11 thousand followers and a lot of them are in the area. She seemed very happy about it. I was wrong. I thought that she would be greatful for the free advertising but when the check came there was literally no discount at all. I thought at least one of the entrees would be taken off but they didn't even take off the calamari or even the drinks! I won't go back here because of this. Which is a shame because the food was very good. The manager needs to understand how to treat customers.

So on my way into work I see a mother and son at their car preparing to go in. The mother is blasting christmas music with her door open. This is a public space and within 50ft there's at least 10 and constantly more coming and going. Her son, in his teens, notices people are concerned about the music and he says "sorry everyone". Seems like a respectable child shes raised. Then when her song is over she gets out of the car and all I hear is him get a bit louder and say "what no christmas presents?!" And she says "you have some nerve asking for christmas presents after I jist spent $1000 on you. There's nothing you need or want. Now I told you to put your mask on and stop touching your face!!" At that point I was about 50yrds away and could still hear her. After that I was inside and I just felt sorry for her son. Just felt like sharing this.

Call in sick policy... Don't Do It! Calling in sick is probably the most destructive thing you can do here besides stealing or setting the place on fire. I worked 16 years at the Providence Marriott, and I called in sick exactly 1 time. Also, your "sick pay" that is listed on your paycheck is treated just like vacation time, we were mandated by the state to give you that so we took away the vacation time in leu of Sick time. But anytime you need to schedule a regular day off, you can request so and we will pay you in "sick time" if you have any available and that is perfectly ok.....but calling in sick is perfectly NOT OK. When you call in sick you do MAJOR MAJOR MAJOR MAJOR damage to the operation. Just so you know in no uncertain terms. Motion Activated M NS
